March update:

Friends - I am getting so excited about our reunion! I have started to get emails everyday and mail almost everyday, containing your checks, questionnaires and pictures.


This is going to be so much fun!


I also wanted to let you know that I've lined up a very special person to come and visit with us at the beginning of the evening.


I am so glad you're all excited and planning to be a part of our very first reunion.

4 Months & Counting!

Hello fellow classmates!

I hope this finds you all well. Thank you so much for getting all of your contact information to me. I wanted to send a quick update to let you know where everything stands for our reunion.

First things first - We've booked the venue (Hampton Inn), but without payment from the attendees, it's difficult to book much more than that. I hate to ask for money, but we really need to start getting things in order - like the music - and unfortunately all of the vendors want a deposit! We've got to have all money in advance...no money will be accepted at the door. This is because I have to pay everyone before the actual events. Deadline for sending in your money is May 15, 2008. (If you miss this, we can probably work something out if you let me know, but we need to get the money in ASAP because I have to pay the Hampton Inn, etc.)

We also have a slide show in the works and would love for you to be a part! Please send 2 pictures of yourself, family, friends, pets, travels, etc. for the slide show. You can either mail your photos with your payment, or "reply" to this email with pictures attached.

Lastly, we thought it would be fun to have some fun awards to present at the reunion and also get a little booklet together with contact information for everyone to keep in touch a little easier. Please email me for the PDF form, then you can print it out and mail it in with your check.

I really hope we have a great turn out and thanks so much for being a part of our 10 year reunion. If you have friends that are unaware of these events, please pass this information along to them!!! I have information for about 60 classmates out of 364, so the more you can reach the better the turn out will be!

1 - Payment & your NAMES for adult name tags ($55 per adult, $7.50 per child)

3 - Fill out questionnaire (email me and I'll send it to you)

I wanted to post the reunion costs for anyone who is ready to sign up!

Each Adult will be $55. If you plan to bring children on Saturday to the Poolside Picnic, each child will be $7.50.

I've set up a Reunion Account at Regions, so you can mail your checks to me and I'll deposit them in our class acct.

Reunion Plans...

The Gulf Breeze High School class of 1998 is getting ready for our 10 year reunion. Can you believe it's already been almost 10 years? Time has flown. In preparation for our reunion, we've been doing some research on venues and getting ideas together for our big weekend. Here's what we have planned; we hope you will join us!

Church Service -
Since this is where we held our High School Baccalaureate and it's very close to the festivities, you are invited to join the 11:00 church service. We can all sit as a group for one last reunion gathering.


The Hampton Inn has reserved a block of hotel rooms for anyone who would like to stay there. Just mention you are calling about the "Gulf Breeze High School Class of 98 Reunion". If you stay at the Hampton Inn, there will be a continental breakfast and also transportation provided by the Island Authority Trolleys. As soon as our block of rooms is set up, (hopefully by September) I will add hotel pricing & a link to their website for online.

The cost of the reunion events will be $50-$55 per person (not including children). {This will include lunch and dinner Saturday, music, all correspondence, programs, name tags, cake, dance floor, stage, personalized koozies, etc., etc.} I've set up a checking account through Regions Bank for the reunion. All money for the events will be collected from now (August 28) and will be due by April 15, 2008. Checks should be made out to Anna Hancy - Reunion Fund.
